This gives you the opportunity to try the mobility aid in the comfort of your own home. What’s more, many of our products are available on finance if you cannot pay for the full cost upfront*. Hire 

Many people prefer not to purchase a mobility aid, but that doesn’t mean going without one. At TravelAbility UK Ltd, we offer a full range of short-term and long-term hire options, covering hire periods from a day to a year or more. 

Customers are able to choose from a variety of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs, walking aids, and home aids. This includes bariatric wheelchairs that are designed to take up to 50 stone and a boot scooters which can be folded up or disassembled and transported easily. 

Prices for hire are just £50 per week for wheelchairs and £100 per week for scooters. Contact us for a price for long term hire 0191 251 2444.

Servicing and Repairs

Over time, it is inevitable that your mobility equipment will start to show signs of wear and tear, while significant damage can also occur. Make sure you aren’t left stuck without your mobility aid by choosing our very prompt repair service and avoid further problems by having your mobility aid serviced by one of our expert engineers. Services and repairs can be undertaken in one of our stores or you can arrange for one of our engineers to come out to your home**.
